Telehealth sessions offer the opportunity for a high quality face to face interaction while ensuring your safety.  All you need is a wifi connection and either a computer or a smartphone.

How it works

Simply request an appointment here and you will receive an appointment confirmation. Before our appointment starts, you will receive an email link to access the telehealth appointment. It’s as simple as that.

Benefits of Telehealth

So much of what makes therapy beneficial depends on finding a therapist that is the right fit for you. Face to face video sessions allow us get to know each other and build rapport, much like we would in the office. 

Telehealth sessions are appropriate for addressing any of the issues that you would normally focus on in a traditional in-office therapy session, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. Due to current circumstances, many of us are experiencing feelings of loneliness, difficulty focusing on work and managing productivity, stress related to living in close quarters with our families and the strain of managing the overlap of work and personal responsibilities.
